C’mannto’s decade old experience in Gear Box design, Gear Box, Industrial Gear Box and Steel Mills Gear Box, manufacture, one to one non standard replacement and maintenance comes from catering to the varied requirements of a range of production units, industries and machinery like sugar machinery, steel mills, cement plants, paper mills, mining sector, process Industry and its own in house machinery production requirements. Most are custom-made one- to-one replacements. The bodies are fabricated, stress-relieved and precision-machined at the in-house CNC Machining Centre. The shafts and gears are manufactured from Alloy Steel; machined, hardened and ground to close tolerance; and assembled to withstand indoor/outdoor/ dusty environments. Cranes Presence of cranes in an industry saves precious time, money and valuable equipment. They make cumbersome jobs simple and stress free. The simple design of C’mannto’s cranes enables any engineer or technician to carry out periodic maintenance on their own without external assistance. To achieve quality and meet time schedules, most of the parts/components like wheels, gears, drum assemblies, gear boxes, geared couplings, hook blocks, control panels etc. are manufactured in-house and all bought-out items are procured from reputed manufacturers. CNC Machined Components We supply ferrous and non-ferrous CNC-machined components with or without material as per customer design and specifications. Taking advantage of a well-developed foundry base in Belgaum, renowned for its quality castings, we are able to deliver high quality components to our clients.
